Edit: Previously a five star downgraded to a two star.
Management has changed while the same ownership has been retained. Previous management was polite, courteous and respectful.
New management is rude, yelling, impatient, defensive, entitled. This is not a good look for Village Cannabis which has been a long term supplier for many of my friends and I.
*The selection has narrowed and with that comes the lack of variety.
*Concentrates has gone down in supply.
*Website is consistently problematic, poor loading times, poor filtration, poor lack of ability to choose multiple filtration methods. "Moods" has replaced the old system however you may not select anything more then a single mood, the previous system allowed more filtration with more "mood" selections.
*Staff have complained that they spend lots of time with data entry for the THC, CBD values and expected us to respect them for having to complete the job assigned to them. If they are not happy they should look elsewhere for easier work that requires less data entry.
A male manager was threatening, rude, dismissive and should be fired for his attitude... (seems like criminal behaviour).
From hereon we will attend the premises with video recordings to display such poor behaviour on several occasions. We will report and publish any and/or all occurrences of consumer and product handling.
The niece of the owners had been respectful, polite and without any issue(s), ever.
