| I just moved to Chatham from Windsor where we love shopping at Discounted on Wyandotte. The service here has been ok, minus them giving me a vape cart instead of pre-rolls and telling me they didn't have a product in stock when they did. At least they noticed before I left and were able to do an exchange for the right product, until today. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, especially being in the hospitality industry. I went in today looking for a specific product and the response I received was COMPLETELY unacceptable. First, you do not speak to customers like that….EVER! I have fired people for much less. Then I let that slide and asked if she knew anywhere I could get it and that response was no better. So I left without what I was looking for, no idea where to get it in Chatham and no offer to get it in for me, like my other Discounted would do. Having just moved here I am looking for a job if you are looking for someone. | ||
