| Slight misunderstanding got blown out of proportion because the cashier made a mistake on the discount I was entitled to. When I mentioned the 15% discount worked better than I thought it would the cashier realized she gave me a $15.00 discount instead of a 15% discount. I was then told I had to refund the product and then repurchase it at the proper amount. When I mentioned other businesses usually eat the cost of making a mistake and offer the discount to the customer I was accused of lying because 'grocery stores don't do that anymore' So for the difference of $7.46 I had to refund and repurchase the product all while being berated and insulted because I was asking for the full discount. I was basically guilt tripped into staying and fixing the issue (that wasn't my fault in the first place) because if not the cashier 'could get into trouble.' Heavy layers of guilt and finger pointing has lead me to find another dispensary. If my time and money isn't valued as a customer it's time to move on | ||
