| I went in today with my mothers and I forgot my id. I asked if i could show the photo of my id and they refused. No problem! They have accepted it so many times before but i wasn't gonna argue lol. I forgot it no worries. But then they refuse service to my mom.. I literally had proof I was over 18 but they still didn't just let her buy it. She has a membership and we come in so often. Every employee loves us except the one employee who did this today. She always has a terrible attitude towards the customers, never greets us. Always on her phone leaning over the counter, not professional whatsoever. She was literally screaming across the store to tell us I couldnt show the photo. So unprofessional! My mother has the elite membership and everything… Absolutely ridiculous will not be coming back here anymore. She treated my mom like she was a friggin dealer and was extremely unprofessional. Not happy with this id rather get bud from value buds at this point! Sucks have to leave such a great store because of her. I believe her name was Sim? Sin? Something of the sort. The bigger lady with with glasses. You lost regulars for this terrible employee! | ||
