DO NOT BUY ONLINE AND AVOID IM GENERAL. I have never had a worse experience. I have been placing orders online for months and picking up the next day. I always hit guest checkout because it takes way too long to give Prairie my personal info and I just don't want to. When I picked up my order they attempted to give me one of three products. And then gave me the wrong products on top of that, products that are cheaper than I purchased. They refused a refund. I had a receipt that I used to pickup, that included my name name, info of product, store name and information of store name. They claimed that this isn't a receipt (which is what I used to pick up the order). I see this sales associate every Sunday and he refused to give me management information. Not only will I be making a report with the BBB, but I am debating placing a report with the RCMP for stolen goods that I paid for.
