Went today to resolve an issue the new staff was very rude assuming things and then offered me a discount and then told me the discount is 4 dollars they need to make sure their staff are more respectful taking complaints its definitely a customer service issue. Well just to say they offer free customer service programs at Access just across the street. Have a great day! looks clearly the staff need to be trained better and leave their personal issues at home you'd think the guy was on his period. Unbelievable!!
