| My boyfriend and I have been regular customers since the store first opened, and every visit has been fantastic. The staff are always friendly and helpful, but Melissa truly stands out. As someone who has worked in customer service myself, I can confidently say she is the prime example of what great customer service looks like. She is professional, kind, attentive, and always radiating positivity. She remembers customers, goes above and beyond to help, and does it all with the biggest smile on her face.
