I find myself in the unfortunate position of having to give a bad review just for the simple fact that we couldn't even get an exchange,we bought what seemed like a great deal and it turned out that this stuff is fairly chemically with black ash n bad flavor gave my friend and I a headache and sore throat but they say they can't do anything about it,that's interesting since some stores can do exchanges and some say they can't so this shows thier not concerned about customer service,even a street dealer can do better than that,so they basically lose a good customer right away due to their policy.

The death bubba is great 9 times out of 10 and the pink kush can be good when you can't afford the bubba except lately we've noticed a problem the last couple times it's still chemically not seeming flushed out enough,and we had also decided to try the white rhino since at 19.9% it sounded good but smoked 1 out of it and noticed right away same problem just a little chemically,which is bothersome enough that we called the store back inquiring about an exchange(of course for the death bubba)but they claimed that there's nothing they can do in this situation n that we would have to try contact the company possibly about the issue which was unfortunate since we may have to buy elsewhere now ,and probably won't be able to get much done about it since we move the bud into containers usually not long after opening and may have a hard time finding those packages,but overall they do seem to be one of the best companies I'd say otherwise thanks.
