The Original FARM Duncan, Duncan BC
Purchased a disposable, and as I was leaving the fella was like, "Oh, by the way, do you know our returns policy?". Was told two weeks, all receipts and packaging. Ofc the disposable clogged the exact same day. I had been travelling through Duncan on my way to a funeral and wanted something discreet for the weekend, knowing it was going to be really difficult and I likely needed some relief. They don't tell you however that you need to return it to that branch only. Went into a other branch near my work and was turned away- $40 and a defective disposable but my only option is to drive over an hour to Duncan. Maybe I'll consider Costa Canna instead, it's too bad, I've been a loyal The Farm patron for years and the whole interaction between Duncan and Langford has left a bitter taste in my mouth (although I wish it was the taste of flower).
