This had been my regular store to go to, unfortunately one experience has permanently changed that. I went to the store on July 13 and was treated very arrogantly by an employee. I was told "things are different now" when asking about stock. When I started asking about products his response was along the lines of- "we have thousands of products how am I supposed to know". Using the tablet provided to order, most of the products listed are out of stock. I was also made to feel like an idiot when the employee pointed out the out of stock mark on a product I was looking at. Why list a tonne of out of stock items? Either way, I was not the only person to walk out of the store without purchasing anything at around the same time.
