I have never been treated so poorly at any other Canna location. I have been using this location since before it was a Canna. Up until today I had no issue at all other then the board maybe being down. Today KAT the employee I had the displeasure of dealing with was not only rude but insulted the fact that I have hearing disability and speak a bit louder then most. This was when I was trying to figure out why the 14 day policy at 2 days in didn't apply.
She refused to
A) do her job and follow the company rules ( all of which where confirmed at three other locations and corporate Before/after speaking to her)
B) would not stop talking down to me and treating me like gum under her shoe and made some awful comments about my son as well.
Canna I was unaware that you employee hostel, ableism, belittling staff members that abuse your customers. She is never friendly and I have dealt with her several times. She refuses to assist customer and stated there is no one above her and she can run the policies the way she sees fit. It was not until she was informed I had spoken to other location and reported the first encounter she agreed to follow policy.
I will never be back to this location and that sucks as every other staff member is so friendly and helpful.
