Alex was TERRIBLE AND unproven his sarcastic remarks. He was going over many products with a customer who didn't know what she wanted or needed more info. I waited about 7mins before I asked, sorry seems like your going to be long, I just want a pre roll and I have kids in the car- Alex was sarcastic and rude and said first come first serve- but use your common sense.. I was not greeted or told, I will be with you in a moment. I was ignored and not acknowledged, that probed me to ask, if I can just came a pre roll as he may be a bit longer with the customer. Won't be coming in again, it's been a while I came and this is the treatment I got for Jan 2/2026. Alex is not friendly at all.

I use to love coming here… Janae is terrible and has no people skills.. she always seems high and doesn't seem like she even wants to be there. She has a weird vibe- very uncomfortable when she's working.. so I've gone to Sparkle on Guelph Line- customer service there is Amazing 🤩 Bye - I don't see any Value in your Buds again .. due to poor customer service- I hate not knowing when Janae will be there- so I just stopped going until I hear she gone- I'm sure others have complained about her, but nothing gets done! I wonder why???
