| Losing customers at a rapid pace - last night 3 customers were standing outside at 930 looking at a sign on the door that said we are on break - back at 954. We all left. Suggest hiring more staff to cover breaks so you don't have to lock the doors and turn customers away. | ||

| Glad to see a familiar face from my old neighborhood, John join the team. He is knowledgeable and friendly. One suggestion is that there should be two people working, as I've been in a few times when it was very busy and only one person working. Cannabis sales often needs a bit more time and attention to each customer so having more than one person working would be beneficial, and also for safety as it is in forest lawn. | ||
