| The day shift creepy guy is terrible at customer service. No matter what you ask him his reply always is in a way that he is smarter than you. If something is not in stock it's always going to be 2 weeks from being back in the storage vault. Doesn't matter what day it is. I will no longer be spending my money in there as half the time the stock is not in and dealing with his sick little humour is a waste of my time. I can take my business across the street or down the Avenue. My suggestion to the manager, get rid of this guy. Hire somebody in there that can properly do the job. You just lost $300.00 month in sales as I can't and chose not to attempt communication with him.When I hear he's gone. You will have my business back. Until that day….Good luck with the little creepy guy who watches cartoons all day long. 5 days a week. | ||
