Saturday 4, around 730pm shift. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a cannabis store. I was kicked out for entering with someone without ID (he was kicked out which is reasonable). But I, with several forms of government ID was not served because of this. 1 - if I was going to buy cannabis for an underage person I would not be STUPID enough to bring them into the store. 2 - I can literally just come on another day or on another shift or any other store at any time. So this store is basically saying that if you know someone who is under 19, you can't enter the store of threat of giving it to them. Absolute nonsense. (we are both 23, and he was actually even older than I was.) I don't want some empty apology and I see that I'm not the only one to experience this. I was insulted in this establishment. Disgraceful.
