We explained that we had already provided identification to staff inside, but this person, who claimed to be the brother of the store manager, insisted on taking us back inside the store.
His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, and we were left feeling confused and humiliated. Once inside, the staff confirmed that everything was in order, and we were allowed to leave. However, the entire experience was unnecessary and distressing, and we were not given any explanation as to why we were subjected to such treatment.
