| I've been a loyal customer to this location ever since it opened, as I live two blocks away. Signed up right away as an elite member, and this is the ONLY store I have ever purchased my product from. Always great staff and great service. Tonight, that all changed. I was treated by a young girl who was rude, snotty, and condescending, when I asked if they were going to keep the doors locked and only let us in after showing our ID. I had to ring twice, and wait. This is something new. "Well do you think it's fair we should get robbed". "No, of course not, but all kinds of businesses get robbed. The liquor store gets robbed, it doesn't lock me out in the cold and demand I show ID before I can come in", I responded. It was snowing, it was freezing cold. She responded rudely "Well I'm not going to serve you then". End of discussion. Why, because I'm annoyed that I have to stand outside and wait for her to let me in? NO OTHER business treats customers like this. | ||
