| Update to previous review: The owner and his team have been nothing but amazing. The product knowledge the one evening gentleman has as well is great, and his customer service skills are amazing!! The owner has done an excellent job with his store and should be proud. Customer service with a few employees is less then desirable. A suggestion to the owner/employees of this store. Instead of completely canceling someone's order due to delivery issues. Call them, since you ask for a call back number, and ask if pick up might be an option for them. Instead of coming across nervous and scared to relay trivial information, customer service training could go along way. | ||
