The staff are all very friendly, and knowledgeable, and the product selection is great. -However- The staff seem to be under instruction from management to push sales a little too hard for a head shoppe, trying to upsell intoxicants is morally reprehensible and mobbing customers as soon as they walk in with the "fake smile sales" technique is super off putting. It's weed, not a car dealership.
