All the friendly and informative staff are gone overnight. The nice tall gentleman that helped me find the products I need is not there anymore. He took his time and helped me understand the products and made it easier for me to buy what I needed. I walked in the other day only to be greeted by rude,ignorant,and stuck up employees. I will never go there again and I found a place in Albany that treats their customers and employees right . I now go to plant life where they value their customers and staff.
