Hands down THE best experience you'll have at a dispensary in town. Friendly, knowledgeable, and downright amazing. I walked out of there feeling like I'd just left my cousin's. They have a great line of smell proof Tribal brand bags that are incredible quality. Some great jackets, shirts, and tons of accessories to assist you in relaxing after a long day working. Want a gravity product? They have them, even the Mike Tyson line. They carry Puffco e-rigs and much more in-store. Easy to use touch screen menus and an incredibly clean store. Not only that, but when I asked about a product, he was super knowledgeable about the products they carry, and he's the first budtender I've ever met who gave me a recommendation I was happy with. I've had so many bad experiences with recommended products and old products that it was a refreshing change. The product I walked out with was only packed on May 19, 2024, which is almost unheard of in legal dispensaries. I usually see products that's anywhere from months to years old still being pushed by employees/owners who only care about the bottom line. 10/10 would recommend checking them out. Shirt is 100% cotton, and the fabric feels incredibly comfortable. The recreational product that I actually went to the store for 10 out of 10.

This place was a 4 star before today. Let me get into it.. A bit over a week ago, I bought a half and an 8th from them. (Wednesday, February 7th around 11 AM) The 8th ended up being packaged 4 yrs ago, in 2020. (Picture provided as evidence) I gave them a courtesy call, to notify them of that fact, so they could take it off the shelves, have the rep buy it back (which they did), or at least notify the customers they're dealing with that they're selling an inferior, extremely old product. I had no expectations of a refund or anything, but the lady I spoke to assured me she would have the rep replace an 8th for me. She said she'd call me back and let me know what was going on. When she called back on Thursday, February 8th, at 12:39 PM, she told me to be at the dispensary by around 11 AM today, Friday, February 16th. I showed up approximately 8 minutes early to see staff putting new stock away. She asked me what she could help me with, and I told her I'm there to get the 8th I was promised to be told she didn't know what I'm talking about. So I told her the story, and she cut me off midway to tell me, "Yeah, I know the story.. blahblahblah".. So what is it? You don't know what I'm talking about, or you know the story? Why lie to my face so blatantly? When I asked her whom I had spoken to on the 8th, she said it was her manager. I asked her to pls call her manager so we could resolve the confusion, and she refused I have been a loyal customer since they opened thei ..

Great place, great atmosphere, and great people. I've never gotten product from them I didn't like, and I've never walked out of there without a smile on my face. Edit: Down to 2 stars. The store has been closed during regular business hours multiple times, and they never return calls. I live on the North Shore, and it's quite a trip already to their store; which I used to prefer over anywhere else. If they can't return a call, and relay their hours; or why they keep closing I can't waste time crossing town to give them business. I hope others see this, and don't waste their time either. The BC store has more selection, and better prices. I chose to go to them, because they treated me like a valued customer in the past; and I prefer to support a smaller business.
