| Im a regular here for over 2 years, I have been a smoker for over 15 years, the confidence in opinion of the staff opposed to the customers opinion was off putting. "quiet and comfy atmosphere" turned into an awkward and uncomfortable one, very quickly. I had shown an interest in there "elite program". But I had decided it wasnt for me. After stating I didnt want it anymore, I felt very pushed into it. I tried to make it clear I was no longer interested in that time. But I was told I was "right but I was also wrong". You never tell a customer they are wrong. I buy the same thing every time because I know it works for me. If you care about the customers, listen and dont argue. I ended up buying something different that I didnt like. I wont be returning for a while until I cool off from the situation. Not cool. | ||
