| First time I've ever given any bad review I felt compelled to do so. I recently bought a disposable 1 g vape pen by Xplor in the Beast Berry flavour from here Cost Cannabis. The pen was completely empty upon purchase. It was on sale for $22, but there's no value in a product that doesn't work. When I returned to the store to ask for a replacement or refund, they told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said the retailer is responsible for returns, but the store still refused to help. This experience has been extremely frustrating. It's unacceptable for a retailer to sell an empty vape pen and take no responsibility. I have filed complaints with Consumer Protection, the Provincial Cannabis Regulator, and Health Canada to ensure this is addressed. I strongly recommend avoiding this store.
