| Would give 0 stars if I was able to. I normally don't come to farmhouse for carts as they are significantly expensive compared to Canna Cabana (my go to), but it was late at night and I live close by so I thought why not. Genuinely a horrible decision on my part. The worker seemed intoxicated (didnt ask for ID, didnt give me a receipt, and didnt take my phone number for the loyalty program) and just didnt talk very much or seem like he knew what he was doing. Anyway, I spent $45 on a box hot cart. I have used it 13 times because the taste is the worst thing I've ever experienced. It also has significant concentrate loss even though I've barely used it. When I went in to resolve the issue, nothing was done. Although the worker was compassionate, there wasn't anything he could do to help me other than give me 10% off my next purchase. This is useless to me because I will never be returning to this dispensary, even though I live close by and enjoy getting gummies. Anyway, horrible experience, intoxicated staff that aren't asking for ID or giving receipts with purchases. This is my mistake for not going to Canna Cabana, they would've fixed the issue immediately. | ||
