| A very unfortunate experience and will not be returning. My wife and I have gone to this store quite often for about a year now. We never had a problem, pleasant staff and good pricing. However, we received a bad batch of shatter, obviously not their fault, but seeing as we are such frequent customers, I wanted to see if something couldn't be done. I had returned the next day (today) to make another purchase and see if something couldn't be done about the bad batch and the manager had stated because of their return policy nothing could be done even after explaining that my wife and I are frequent customers and probably spend hundreds per week. While return policies are understood and need to be honoured and the majority of the blame goes to the dispatcher of the shatter, I did not feel taken care of upon leaving. Not even a discount was offered on the new purchase I was about to make. Will not be supporting this store any further. | ||
