Going to post my experience at Union Station:
Their customer service was always fantastic, but when confronted about issues they will fall back to giving you the run around (almost 30 mins of it in my case). So the reality is that their customer service is only surface deep. They gave us a bunch of excuses over a broken product and was not willing to budge over a 15$ dollar item citing policy (like really just eat the cost instead of losing a customer; would that not make the most sense? Also they took up so much of our time it affected other customers as they were waiting lol. We had 3 people 'helping' us, but really just collectively giving us the run around). They were even citing stuff that was untrue and we had to show them documentation of the product to prove it. Honestly anything they could come up with they said it -- it was very surprising considering previous experiences. I don't understand how a cannabis business, who's only real competitive advantage is service, can act like this when there are so many other choices to shop at. I only recommend this place if it is of the outmost convenience (you are passing through Union or something). However, I recommend looking elsewhere as your money is the only thing that will make a difference.
