| One star for the Pharmacy the only reason they are getting a second star is because the Beauty department is amazing. I have been on my one medication for more than 20 years. It's a controlled narcotic which I've understood and would never abuse. I live in Wheatley and work in Windsor. Picking up my prescriptions from here is never convenient. First off let's start with the fact they never seem to be able to fill it completely so I am coming in every week to two weeks. Having to take off an hour of work to pick up my prescription. Even though I try to pick it up the day before and I cannot due to the fact that it would then be to early because of the type of medication it is and then you still need to wait 30 min. My biggest complaint about this past situation though is that they increased my dosage by mistake. I was on a higher dosage for over two weeks before I went to pick up what they owed me (for the 4th time) they told me they had made a mistake and at the time I didn't realize how bad the crash out would be going back on my regular dosage. I have been trying to reach out to my doctor to see what can be done, with no response. Today I went to pick up what they owed me and they again only gave me a weeks worth of medication. And of course I cannot transfer a prescription when they owe me the remaining amount. Please avoid this pharmacy try Walmart or Gaurdian. | ||
