I visited this store on a Monday to buy pre-rolls, knowing they offer a 10% discount on them that day. The rolls were already on discount, and I expected the additional 10% off on top of that. I even asked the cashier to confirm the discount, and she said yes. However, when I checked my bank statement later, I noticed I was charged extra. On top of the pricing issue, the service was lacking—the cashier was wearing AirPods and appeared to be on a call, not ending it to properly assist me and seeming distracted the entire time. I hope they improve their pricing clarity and focus on customer service.
