| I feel so stupid now that I didn't get the names of the sales staff who helped us 🤦🏼♀️😩 but my partner and I were in the shop in the late morning today probably just before noon, and the lovely lady and gentleman on the floor went wayyy above and beyond with assistance and recommendations and absolutely stellar customer service (poor guy even had lost his voice and still came out to speak/suggest) seriously haven't had that level of knowledge/invovlement/customer service at any other canna shop around Van, and it had us purchasing products we never probably would've thought to try without their input and recommendation. They hooked us up with deals, discount, and were insanely genuine and honest. You can tell these staff members absolutely know their product and are extremely aware and knowledgeable and know exactly what is best to suggest to each individual customer based on needs. We seriously haven't been able to stop praising them. I highly recommend anyone, ESPECIALLY anyone who has any questions, to visit this location- and see for yourself.
