The older lady at this location was very rude and unprofessional. I came in to return a defective cartridge I purchased just two days ago, which had leaked and ruined my actual device. Instead of helping, she snapped at me about needing a receipt (which I was never given, since my account that she never opened, usually covers that and I've been coming here for years). When I mentioned I still had the packaging at home, she responded inappropriately said out loud in front of other customers "Oh s-word" proceeded to look at the customer she was helping and stated, "and this is why I hate these things" laughed but still refused to assist? The way she handled the situation was dismissive, embarrassing, unhelpful, and frustrating. After years of being a customer, I will not return.
