Got to the store at 9:15 before I had to catch a flight. The store opens at 9:00. The door had a note "be right back in 10 mins from 9:05-9:15" we waited along with others in the front of the store till 9:45 am and nobody had showed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get what I needed before my flight. Very bad business.
Update: 2 weeks later. I received a reply (shown below) to reach out via email with more information. No reply was ever sent to me. So with bad business methods and terrible customer service on site, whoever controls the PR ALSO doesn't care about this business. Terrible customer service and with so many options out there, best to leave these guys in the dust where they belong
