Normally enjoy this place but they grilled me over a defective vape cartridge and made me feel uncomfortable having to make a return after getting a mouthful of oil. If you can clearly see oil coming out of the cart, you should process the return regardless if it is half full or not. A customer shouldn't experience hot oil in their mouths, and they shouldn't be hassled on a refund after already experiencing something so unpleasant.
