| I usually don't write negative reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share my recent experience at One Plant Orleans. I stopped by to ask for a recommendation and when I asked the staff member to repeat a strain from a certain brand, they visibly showed annoyance. I get that working in customer service can be draining — I've been there myself — but basic courtesy goes a long way. As a paying customer just trying to make an informed choice, it was disappointing to be met with that kind of attitude. I hope this is a one-off, but it definitely made me reconsider coming back. | ||
