I've been in dozens of stores across US and Canada and this was by far my worst experiencein one. Overpriced carts compared to their competitors in the area ( like 25% more) to sell you a bad product. I was told to come in with my receipt to return it, but once I did they refused to honor what I was told about their return policy when I bought it and also over the phone. Wasting not only $50 on a bad cart but also my time and gas since I don't live in town. Not really sure why anyone comes here 😕 when there's a dozen other shops with good product, stellar service, and cheaper prices right in town. Needs improvement. I'll certainly never be back, and don't believe them if they tell you can return anything bad. I was told to come for a return 3 separate times, then refused all 3 times once I actually got into the store ( and yes, I had my receipt) but it seems their employees are not on the same page with each other. Horrible communication.
