| Been a loyal customer for years. I went into the store Monday and when paying it wasn't showing up on their end so the guy put it in again and again and the third time it was fine on their end. The next day I noticed I was triple charged for a bag of weed and 1 was corrected and returned that day. I went to the store that day. My online statement clearly shows $50 being charged 3 times and 1 corrected all in a row on the same day. The budtender working was nice and agreed that I was charged the 3 times with only 1 automatically corrected but said she can't do anything and I have to come in and speak with the manager Mon-Fri. I went in on Friday (it's now been 5 days) and spoke with the manager who was absolutely useless. She was standing at the door in her jacket talking to me. She said that they had no extra money showing and the charges are probably pending in my account which takes up to 3 days. I checked my account and told her I had no pending charges and also that's its been 5 days and was told there was nothing she could do and I have to call my bank to dispute the charges. I did that (something I've never had to do in my 20+ years adulting) and it took 30 mins with being on hold. I'll update this review when I hear the outcome of this. | ||
