| Bravo, to the bud tender who just let a valued customer walk out the door... because and I quote "I CAN take my business elsewhere! IF I want." After waiting a solid 10 mins while you talked terpene percentages, past orders, and the legalities of selling THC products. I patiently waited... not saying a word. Come the time you're ringing up my order, might I add that I already had chosen in my head many mins prior; you decide to bypass me once again for someone who walked in 15 mins behind me, for an online order. Then had the audacity to tell me "well you could have placed your order online." Excuse me... I didn't think getting three beverages out of the fridge required any lengthy processes that required you to overlook someone whose been standing in your store for more than 10 mins. Sorry but you just made a really dumb decision, "to keep everyone happy." It seems the only person you weren't trying to please was me! Kudos to you sir. I glady was in and out at Fratelli & Co. in no more than 3 mins. Go down the road to the end of town. I'm done... | ||
