| Not only is this such a great store to shop at with amazing and very affordable deals on their products sold. This location has the best customer service in all of Kelowna in my opinion. You are always welcomed as you arrive and the staff are very knowledgeable. I go to cheeba cheeba's very often so I can assure you all staff are so genuine and great at what they do. I wish I could give 6 stars! I'll always recommend this store to any fellow stoner. | ||

| If I could give a negative star I would. Twice now I have been lied to about the product they were selling me. I was told I was getting three .5 infused blunts yesterday evening. The guy with the brown hair and mustash ended up selling me three .5 pre rolls with a very little drizzle of flavour on it. He also sold it to me for $35. Was not the set price for the item. When I asked him to scan it again to prove to him he over charged me and lied about the product he refused to scan the container. I have the proof in my bank statements and can prove that the joints were surely not the value of $35. When I came back to address him on how he over priced the weed and lied about the product he was selling. He claimed he didn't serve me and tried to take advantage of the fact that I had a few drinks. I would never recommend this store. If you feel like being belittled, treated like you're stupid, lied to about products. Go here and I promise you will have service without a smile, you'll be over charged and the products are very cheap. If you want real service. Go to high score. | ||
