Visited Rocky Mountain In St.Albert was extremely disappointed in my experience. I was sold a half used disposable. When I called the store asking if there was anyway to make this right. As I paid for a product that was half used. They told me the only way to get a refund was to bring the product back in. This wouldn't have been an issue for me. Besides I do live 8 hours away. This same situation has happened more than once to the friend I was visiting. Poor customer service. Not willing to accommodate my situation and concerns.
