I usually have good experiences at HighLife, but today I had an unfortunate interaction with one of the staff members that I feel needs to be addressed.
I politely asked about a particular gummy product that I've inquired about on previous visits. Every time, the same staff member told me it wasn't available. Today, when I asked again, he responded with a surprisingly rough and dismissive attitude, even though I spoke to him in a calm and respectful tone.
Moments later, another staff member stepped in and was able to provide me with the exact product I had been asking for – which clearly shows it was available all along. I was quite surprised, and when I gently suggested that a smile goes a long way, I was met with more attitude instead of professionalism.
I believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect, and I expect the same in return. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to ensure a better customer experience in the future.
