| Melissa at Plant Life is absolutely amazing! She is so lovely, helpful, and easy to chat with. Every time I go in feeling totally clueless, she makes the experience effortless and stress-free. She's incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and never makes me feel out of place. Regardless of what time of day you come in, she always has the same beautiful energy about her. If you're looking for amazing customer service, Melissa is the person to see! Beyond that the store its self is always spotless, and I love that dogs can come in too! There is such an obvious focus on customer experience, even going as far as having dog treats and a water bowl available. | ||
