| If you wish to experience sincere outstanding service & good old fashioned integrity PLEASE do yourself a favor & see S C O T T at the Ellwood Road, Fire & Flower ~Edmonton store. In these -35 tropical temps- I was suffering increased sever pain & needed something to tame the wicked searing & also help me relax.. I first called & spoke with Scott to gain some knowledge on what-if anything- would be available to meet my needs. So educated on the various products he suggested I felt his professionalism, kindness in genuinely wanting to help, and mature, very friendly conversation just ON THE PHONE was sooo refreshing, rare and reassured me he was not just trying to make a sale by suggesting tons of product's~nor did he rush the call ~thinking he'd rather not waste his time on somebody just picking his brain. In reality I called ahead because it's excruciating to get in & out of a vehicle, standing at length or going out in these frigid temps only to be frustrated as no products could help me. S C O T T was thorough explaining my options without droning on. When i'd made my selections he happily said he'd put them all aside so when I came later we wouldn't have to pick everything out again & was empathetic & so friendly. So just to clarify; I'm 56; not educated on the variety of cannabis or CBD, the various modes of using it or incredible helping properties it holds. To say it's intimidating to walk into a store; fully stocked would be an understatement. !! I ne .. | ||
