Terrible slow service. It took them twenty five minutes to serve two people. They were understaffed, nobody seemed to know what they were doing, and it was just chaos. I gave up and left after twenty five minutes. At that point they still had not even completed the second sale at that point. I would suggest going anywhere else in the city or give yourself an hour minimum to shop here. Prices are ok at best, you can do far better elsewhere. Brutal store

Asked for a vape cartridge that had good flavor. Was sold a disposable pen that tasted like hot garbage and barely works and was grossly overpriced and had an Extremely weak coil. It would be nice if they had any idea what they were even selling. Clearly, product knowledge is not part of the job.
