I was a little skeptical about trying out a new company for my grinders, but gave Grindhouse Grinders a try. I had an issue with the first one I purchased and replacement under the warranty was extremely easy and fluid. The replacement worked great for a while but started having issues again. I emailed asking if there was a way I could receive a different model as a replacement and they sent me exactly what I asked for with an awesome apology. Grinders work great, just the model I originally got was not good for the amount that I use my grinders. Customer service was AMAZING, I can't thank the CS department enough for the wonderful experience they gave me. I would absolutely recommend Grindhouse to anyone looking for a new grinder!
