Terrible experience on Monday April 14th, I had bought a weed cartridge and apone opening and putting it on to my battery I had noticed that it was extremely clogged and wasn't able to properly take a hit and was getting dabs in my mouth yuck!!! So I went to return it as they have a return policy. Apone trying to return it the gentleman working came out and I said my cart that I bought isn't working he said lets see then open my package. Then went to the back to grab a 710 battery that they sell open it right up and put my cart on the battery actived the pre fire and said oh it's working after putting it to his ear, then said let's go out and try it so I did and the same thing happened clogged and dabs in my mouth he proceeds to tell that there's nothing he can do because a little bit of smoke came out. Showed completely no compassion about it. I had to purchase another cart because he would not doing anything about it then he put the bew battery back into the packaging and put it back on the shelves for somone to buy, PSA DONT BE 510 BATTERIES HERE, I will never be back completely joke. I was a regular in the store and have never complained or even tried to take any carts back after having multiple half empty apone opening. Fast forward present day April 17th still have the same cart still have empty and still not able to use. Honestly if I could do no stars I would, I don't know how this place can stay open operating business like that.
