First and foremost, I'm a very loyal customer a very many years, and I have given lots of my money to fire and flower I unfortunately keep receiving discrimination from a manager named BRIGHTON for no reason he keeps refusing me service. Without reason I'm starting to feel like he's discriminating me because im Native there's no other reason, but my skin colour for him to not want to serve me. It is very unfortunate being that we live in a multicultural city with lots of different people on treaty 6 land natives shouldnt be treated this way I think one of the reasons why they are upset at me is because I try to do a price match to High Buddy a few months back and they don't like that. Because it makes their job harder I'm trying to save money that's all .. I had an employee scream at me in front of another customer on Canada Day Because I was trying to do an exchange On a product and the hockey game was on. She was trying to watch it. She said to me "shouldn't you be home watching the hockey game" rudely .. which was almost half a year ago, The lady who did that to me has red hair and definitely suffers from some mental health issues she couldn't hold her composure whatsoever. She started freaking out like a toddler, throwing a tantrum. and my gf yesterday was refused service for no reason she was treated well until they asked for our account info when she gave them the email.
