How is this place still in business??? When it first opened, the proprietors were amazing, knowledgeable, friendly people who remembered their customers and their preferences. They knew everything about all the products and what their medicinal qualities were. It was THE BEST product anywhere at the time. They got ALL our business. Then, they sold it. Today, at 12:37pm, well into the posted hours of business, I foolishly tried to give them another chance. This was the 11th time in a row I've stopped by over the past several months.I have tried to give them my business over and over, at all times of the day and night. " OPEN " sign on and flashing. Door locked, as always. No one will even answer the phone. No website updates. Last time I was actually able to find it open, they knew nothing, spoke no language in which we seemed to be able to communicate. And had nothing I was interested in parting ways with my hard-earned cash over. No reason to go out of the way, even if it's right on the way to almost everywhere I go. If I could give 0 stars, it would still be too many. Sad.
