I used to go downtown exclusively. The staff are great but the availability of product on the website was totally different when you went in to get it. A number of times I would check the site then find out they havent had it for days or wks. I finally got fed up and now I shop at the other location even though it's nowhere as convienent as the downtown location. I dont blame the staff, but those in charge of what goes to each location.
