I got amazing service from one of the employees Justin, went in for an indica, had a great conversation with him, accidentally got given a sativa instead of an indica, so when I stepped out of the door and looked at the package realizing it was a sativa, I just turned around and went back in to ask if the mistake could be fixed quickly as an exchange of the sativa for the indica, as they are the same price however I wouldn't mind paying extra even if there was an upcharge and It was just a simple mistake. But the other employee or possibly manager working at the time asked my boyfriend if he had read the return policy before, to which we both can understand canna cabana having a no return policy besides damaged goods but I just wanted an exchange for the indica I had paid for. I could not get the indica that I originally asked and paid for and I'm just so utterly confused by this interaction with the other employee, all I wanted was my indica, and I thought this simple mistake could be resolved easily seeing as I hadn't even left the premises but unfortunately he did not agree.
