| This use to be a great store with a good happy friendly vibe and staff and then you add some bad employees in there and now the feeling isn't the same anymore and best manager Jacob seems to be gone. Ever heard the saying don't change something that isn't broken? Also your self checkout kiosks debit pads never work your website truly is the worst. And your elite membership is a scam I'm surprise you haven't been sued yet. Oh and seem like you have horrible upper management and operations as a company across the country. Eventually you will run out of people to even hire one day Won't be going to this location again no one seem happy there I get tense soon as I walk in from the horrible vibe | ||

| Horrible company 1 there website sucks hasn't worked properly for years 2 their hiring process and practices are horrible and don't have the balls to tell you why your not hired but yet will interview and waste your time over 20 times now. 3 have you notice new leaf stores still look the same? For being such a great company where your retail branding ? Your stores should all look feel run the same. Ya the owner is great with numbers and making money but operating the business needs some serious help and proper direction by a proper leader. I'll never step foot in one of your stores again it's insulting how many times you wasted mine. Plus value buds always has tons of cheaper good products in store with a functional website that I can see real time what they have in store and order on their website as well. You wanna be number one man you gotta be number one in all areas | ||
