| I walked in this morning with 2 staff working and only one other customer in the store. Was inside for at least 3-5 mins without one greeting (not even an eye contact head nod or smile ) OR any assistance while TWO staff helped ONE customer. I drove out of my way to go to Bathurst and Steeles this evening because their customer service is outstanding, they know how to move a line (these guys don't have a clue even when there are 3 staff on the floor smh) and the store is clean and not grimy like this one. And WHY is the Celestial Pack over $20 cheaper at the Bathurst location?!?! Absolute waste of my time and gas today and it won't happen again. At this point I believe there is more than just Customer Service and Cleanliness training that is lacking at this location. | ||

| I forget to review this store when I visited in July. The Bud tender at the front was VERY kind and went out of her way to assist me with my purchase. I was visiting from out of the area and this store did not disappoint in place of my regular store at the time. The line moved quickly and efficiently and the product knowledge that I received was very helpful and appreciated. I enjoyed my smoke. I hope my experience will be 5 Star the next time I'm passing through! | ||

| This will be my new favourite preroll spot 🥳 Nice, clean shop with professional, courteous staff that really know how to move a line fast! I appreciate their product knowledge and attention to each and every customer 🎉 Great job to this evening's crew - they moved that line so quickly and efficiently.
